How far in advance can I order a Haku Lei or reserve a Haku Bar or Workshop?

Ordering Haku Leis: You must order your Haku Lei at least 72 hours in advance. However, you are welcome to order further in advance.
Reserving a Haku Bar or Workshop: We require you to reserve a Haku Bar or Workshop a minimum of 5 days notice. However, you are welcome to reserve a date further in advance.

What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy?

Cancellation Policy for Haku Lei Order: There is a cancellation fee of 50% of purchase amount if cancelled within 7 days of pickup/delivery date. Any cancellations made more than 7 days before the pickup/delivery date are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation Policy for Haku Bar + Workshop: There is a cancellation fee which is the amount of the deposit made if Haku Bar or Haku Workshop is cancelled within 10 days of event date. Any cancellations made more than 10 days before the Haku Bar or Haku Workshop event is entitled to a full refund of the deposit. Proper Care and Storage of Haku Lei

Until the Haku Lei will be used, it is best to store the Haku Lei in a dry and cool place, preferably refrigerated near the door of the refrigerator, avoiding very cold temperatures.
After use, if stored properly, most Haku Leis can last 3-4 days.
